Donors may use the Maecenata Stiftung’s standardised certificate. This document is valid without a signature and may be submitted to the German tax authorities together with the bank statement.
– Donations of €300 or more
Donors will automatically receive a personalised tax certificate during the following month, provided that the necessary details have been included in the payment reference or sent by email to tg@maecenata.eu (donor’s full name, postal address and email address). For recurring monthly donations, the tax certificate may be issued at the start of the following year.

In Spain, you can make a donation to Music Fund via Giving Europe by following these steps:

1. Send an email to fabad@empresaysociedad.org, specifying:
• The amount of the donation
• The beneficiary organisation: Music Fund asbl
• Your personal details: full name (private donor) or company name (business donor), postal address, telephone number, email address, tax identification number (NIF, NIE or CIF)
• Attach a copy of your identity document or a card showing your CIF (if you are Spanish) or NIE (otherwise). This is an essential document for providing the AEAT with information regarding the tax treatment of the donation in Spain.
